Let’s use a Plumber from Old Kilpatrick as an example. Your webpage would be built around the phrase ‘Plumbers Old Kilpatrick‘. We do this because we want anyone searching Google for local products and services to find your page listed in the results pages. We use Google as are default search engine because we know that (backed up by stats) that most people reach for their phone when they need a local product or service and they (yes you guessed it) Google it!

So it makes sense that we get our businesses listed on Google. We will also be listed on all the other search engines.
