Introduction 

Gavinburn Primary School was hosting a brilliant Christmas Fayre on 27th of November during the times of 6:30 -9:00. All classes were working hard by making various items to sell for this excellent fayre. Here’s what happened!

Items

Our Christmas Fayre had loads of items to buy! All classes- both up and down the school- worked very hard and luckily, they’re hard work was worth it by how much was sold! These items were-

Shops 

Along with buying items, there were lots of other activities to do! Starting from food, to glitter tattoos! Luckily, some lovely volunteers throughout Old Kilpatrick helped us run these amazing shops! Some of our shops were:

 

A fashionable look of glitter strands in your hair 

A secret shop to buy loved ones a present 

A place to get loads of delicious baked goods

And even a special place to see Santa!

 

Santa Seeing

Whilst looking at other shops, you could find yourself at a very special place at the fayre, the Santa Seeing! Luckily, Santa managed to come here to the fayre this year and lots of the children loved it! We were very lucky!

Raffle

 In this raffle, there were the best prizes to be won, such as toys, makeup and more! Tickets were £1 each and 1st prize was £200, 2nd £100, 3rd £50 and 4th £25.  £25 in Empire Cinema voucher plus so much more. The raffle would of been taking place in the assembly hall (the hall to your right hand side when you walk in). You wouldn’t have wanted to miss it! 

 

Extra Info 

Each class makes at least one eco friendly product to sell and to help our planet. 

All classes throughout the school made a wide variety of eco friendly items to sell.

Everyone tried their hardest with all the fayre, if you came, I hope you had a very good time!
